Important Forms

Water and Sewer Bills are due on the 10th of every month. 

NO SECOND NOTICE OR SHUT-OFF NOTICE WILL BE SENT 

If you cannot pay your bill by the due date and want to prevent being disconnected for non-pay, you may contact the office and request a payment extension. Customer are allowed 5 extension per calendar year. If your extension is scheduled for after the 20th of the month you are still responsible for the $5.00 Penalty and the $20.00 interest which will be included in the bill. The Full Billed Extension amount is due to prevent disconnection. Partial Payment will not prevent disconnection. Should you miss your payment extension date you will be shut off and are subject to a reconnection fee of $30.00.

New Residential Connections

All New Residential Connections require a New Connection Agreement, User Service Agreement, Security Deposit, and all Connection Fees to be paid at the time of initial service. 

Sewer Connection Types (Vacuum, Force Main, Gravity)

Where a Vacuum connection is required a customer must pay a Vacuum Pit Charge of $2000.00

Where a Force Main connection is required a customer is responsible for the installation and maintenance of a Grinder Pump with adequate head pressure and correct HP rating. 

All New Commercial and Industrial projects require approval from the EWSD Board. You must appear before the board in a monthly meeting which is held on the third Tuesday of every month. Two weeks notice is required if you would like to attend a meeting and to be added to the agenda. Please note that all Commercial and Industrial customers must abide by all regulating agency requirements including but not limited to DEP, DBPR, Franklin County, EWSD, etc.
